Allow two (2) weeks from the date order is received. Shipment may be sooner, but we cannot be responsible for any delay in transit. All orders shipped U.P.S. No P.O. Box addresses can be accepted.

To avoid mistakes or delays in shipping, please Print Clearly Your Name, Address, Phone Number, and Ordered Items. If ordering by credit card, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Be sure all numbers are clearly marked.

Any request must be requested within 15 days and returned within 30 days. Please return only items authorized. A 15% restocking charge is applied to all returns. Edible products may not be returned (unless incorrectly shipped by Candyman).

Please note: Coating shipped during the warm months of the year (May through September) could possibly melt, however, this does not alter the quality or usability of the product. If ordering during this time, we are not responsible for the melting of the product.
