• Prices are based on current market and are subject to change with same.
• Order Instructions: Use our online shopping cart by shopping in the categories at left, or print the .pdf order form, complete order and mail with check or credit card number (Discover, Mastercard/Visa) to Candyman, P.O. Box 322, Lawson, MO 64062 or fax completed order with credit card information to 816-296-7044.
• Shipping and Handling: You must enter your zip code during check out for shipping and handling charges. Orders will not be shipped until shipping and handling charges have been paid.
• NOTICE ALASKA AND HAWAII: There is an extra fee for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Call in advance of submitting order for amount of shipping.
• Returns: No returns will be accepted unless authorized by the Candyman. Any return request must be requested within fifteen (15) days and returned within thirty (30) days. Please return only the items authorized. A 15% restocking charge is applied to all returns.
• Delivery Schedule: Allow two (2) weeks from date order is mailed. Shipment may be received earlier, however, we cannot guarantee nor can we be responsible for any delay in transit.
• Please Proof Names, Addresses and Ordered Items Clearly to eliminate mistakes or delays in shipping.
• Summer Ordering: Please note: Coatings shipped during the hot months of the year, May through September, could possibly melt. Melting, however, does not alter the quality or useability of the product. If ordering during May through September, we are not responsible for the possible melting of the products.
