Butter Cream Centers
6 Tbs. Butter, melted
2 Tbs. 1/2 & 1/2
1 lb. Candyman's Lazyman's Fondant
Directions: Mix together; knead and roll into balls. Refrigerate about 20 minutes. Dip into Candyman's Chocolate and place into refrigerator until firm.
Options: Substitute 1/4 tsp. of your favorite flavoring (peach, cherry, peppermint, etc.) for equal amounts of the 1/2 & 1/2. Centers can be tinted with food coloring to match your flavoring.
Tiger Butter
2 lbs. Light 'n Creamy Milk Chocolate
2 lbs. White
1 cup Peanut Butter
Directions: Butter a 10"x15" pan. Melt Light 'n Creamy coating and pour into the pan; spread evenly. Melt Candyman's White coating; add Peanut Butter. Stir until Peanut Butter has melted. Drizzle over Chocolate mixture. Run a knife through to give it a marble effect. Refrigerate (no more than 30 minutes). Take out and cut into squares.
Hint: Broken pieces and left over scraps can be remelted and molded into your favorite candy molds.
